WHere is a simplified interpretation of a cocktail from the seasonal cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed that's loaded with flavours of a festive period, which makes it excellent for your festive gathering. Save the extra citrus syrup for morning drinks, puddings, or to make additional servings of this cocktail.

Makes enough for 10 guests
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
Making the Syrup: Place all the components into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring to dissolve. After that, turn off the stove and let it to cool entirely. Pour to a sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it chilled, it will last for around four weeks.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into a sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the premix into your mixing glass packed with ice, and agitate gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into an frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with the cranberries and complete it using a light spray of mandarin oil above the glass.
